However, if for any reason you are not, then contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to obtain a return authorization. We will offer you a complete refund or exchange (your choice). Return the unused portion of the item. Artwork and basketry must be in excellent, resellable condition to be returned. Custom products, such as custom essential oil blends, are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please contact us before returning an item! We will not be responsible for items returned without our authorization.
