What is an RSS Web Feed?

RSS means “Really Simple Syndication” and its just another way for us to distribute information to you. RSS feeds are usually groups of summarized articles with links back to the full articles. Using a RSS reader, you can quickly check for summaries of new Tambela articles, announcements of new products and other special announcements.

What are RSS readers?

Just like you use this web browser to view web pages, you use a RSS reader to subscribe to RSS feeds. In fact, some RSS readers plug in to your web browser, so you have both together. Here is a short list of some popular and free RSS readers (there are many more!):

Bloglines a web-based reader

Rocket a web-based reader

Pluck a plug-in to Internet Explorer

Sage a Firefox extension

SharpReader a stand-alone reader

How do you get Tambela Web Feeds?

From your RSS reader, you can subscribe to Tambela and other RSS feeds. Tambela has 2 RSS feeds we hope you’ll want to track. Highlight the URLs below and copy them to your clipboard. Then, follow the directions in your RSS reader for adding a new feed. The URL you copied will be the link your reader needs to find our feeds. You can also go to these URLs in your web browser, but they’ll look like gibberish- displaying these pages nicely is what the RSS reader is for.
